Digital Downloads and Online Courses
There are NO refunds on purchases of digital downloads and online courses due to the immediate access to information and materials offered within them.
Coaching sessions and programs can be canceled and refunded up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. After the scheduled time, there is no refund on services provided. Payments made on services not yet rendered will be refunded if requested within 10-days of payment.
